About Penny
A lifelong Dressage rider, Penny first stepped into a boxing gym over eight years ago as a way to stay in shape during the off-season from equestrian competitions. What started as a fitness challenge quickly became a passion. Within six months she began sparring, and less than a year later she stepped into the ring for her first fight.
As a novice boxer starting in her forties, Penny understands firsthand that it's never too late to learn a new skill, challenge yourself, or pursue a goal. Her passion for the sport naturally evolved into coaching, where she now helps others build confidence, develop technique, and discover what they're capable of.
Penny focuses on teaching strong fundamentals, footwork, proper punching mechanics, and defensive skills in every session. Whether your goal is competition, self-improvement, or simply getting an incredible workout, every athlete is coached with the same attention to detail and commitment to success.
