Skipping, footwork, full extensions on punches, the jab, defense & bag work — plus fitness cardio and ab work. With commitment and consistency, you can burn up to 1,200 calories a class.

Our boxing program is a community favourite — structured training for youth and adults alike. Young athletes develop discipline, confidence, and fundamental boxing skills in a safe, supervised environment, while adult classes provide an intense cardio workout that builds strength, endurance and helps relieve stress.
